Future of Food Switzerland
SDSN Switzerland unites the voices of science in the “Expert Panel Future of Food Switzerland”. This broad-based scientific body develops solutions for the sustainable development of the food system. In addition, SDSN Switzerland participates in the first national citizens’ council in Switzerland, in which the population develops solution proposals for a future nutrition policy. The results are made available to decision-makers and the public.
Whitepaper: Recommendation for the food transition in Switzerland
The results of the scientific panel will be summarized in a white paper that identifies synergies and conflicting goals. This white paper will provide a solid basis for political decision-making in Switzerland. Additionally, the experts’ scientific contributions will be incorporated into the dialogues on Switzerland’s future of food.
